This meant I needed to take a road test, as an adult with 24 yrs of driving experience, 8 yrs of military and federal "motor vehicle operator's" ID, and no Class C road test appointments available for over 2 weeks at DPS. I immediately took a look on yelp, calling the Top 3 based on most reviewed in my area. Tony of Road Ready Driving School was the only licensed third-party testing center that answered. The Road Test @ Road Ready was fairly priced and time slots were available during the week. I was nervous, but competently confident. Tony was a genuine professional, and provided excellent feedback and answers to any question I had. At the end of the Road Test, he asked me about decisions I made while driving a vehicle I'm unfamiliar with and choices I made regarding why I considered not turning right on a red when I was allowed to do so. I saw he respected the logic that if you cannot see far enough down the lane you're turning into to gauge the safety of committing to the change of vehicle position, then it's best to, in my words, "hold what you've got, and commit when it is safe to do so." When my children are ready for official non-parental driving lessons, Tony is the only person I'm gladly calling because I know they will not only learn a thing or two, but also gain the confidence in the decisions they make and the reason behind their choices. KC, Larry and Tony gave me lessons over the course of 9 months to prepare me with basic skills and help grow my confidence on the road. We started with no gas in a parking lot and slowly progressed to road driving. I found each of the instructors to be patient, courteous and knowledgeable. Lessons were always easy to schedule and Amanda at the front desk was helpful when any changes needed to be made. Prior to taking the test, Tony helped me perfect my parallel parking skills and took me on the test route multiple times to help me feel at ease. He also gave me encouragement day of the test to calm the nerves. I passed on my first try! Overall, I could not recommend this school more and will forever be grateful to them for helping me reach this milestone.

We have used this driving school for both of our teenagers and have had similar results with both…read more Currently, our daughter is trying to complete the seven hours of driving and the driving instructor keeps canceling our appointments (we have the text messages that show this). In order to get the driver's license we need documentation of driving from the driving school, however, we cannot get the hours done until we actually get the time for our daughter with the instructor. We have been working on this since July and it is already November and she still needs four-and-a-half hours. It is very disappointing. When we go to the office they tell us to contact the driving instructor and we have not had a recent response to our texts from the driving instructor. Buyer (or in this case, future driver) beware.

The contract I signed with SRS states that the recommendation was to complete and pass a comprehensive road test with the DPS within 6 months of my evaluation with SRS. My evaluation with SRS was completed on March 10, 2025, which gave me until September 10, 2025 to complete my DPS driving assessment. It was completed and passed in May 2025. Additionally, Mr. Strowmatt wrote in his response to the BBB complaint that errors made by the occupational therapist on my vision assessment were intentionally omitted in the SRS evaluation. Mr. Strowmatt wrote, "Due to this mistake [by the occupational therapist] and Ms. Bouse questioning the validity of the test results, SRS elected to omit the outcome of this evaluation." What else does SRS omit from their records?

My son tried out various devices while driving in Houston traffic. They suggested a turn signal extension and techniques to help him be a safe driver. He practiced using their suggestions. They prepared him for his driver's test and went to the DPS with us. We appreciated the help from Christine and Valerie. My son was so happy to obtain his drivers license yesterday.

I did receive antibiotics and an IV, One of the ladies told me on the phone that was fine and she re- enrolled me in the courses to start over, Then I start getting text messages from another lady in the office saying that my note did not suffice and they needed One that was itemized, showing the reason that I was at the doctor in the first place. This is against HIPAA law, and they were trying to make me pay to do The courses again. Then they text me again offering for me to pay $100 to redo only day two as a "favor" This was completely invasive, and I felt like I was being interrogated for why I went to the doctor, Mind you I had a doctors note to prove that I was there, I'm 39 years old and never experienced this even as a High school student. The letter had the clinic letterhead on it, and was signed by the nurse, I called the nurse and she said to have them call her, but she would not be discussing why I was there because it's against HIPAA. Needless to say money down the drain and I will not be returning to the school I cannot believe how attacked I felt over me getting sick. It was very strange..... To say the least You're also complete full of it with your response, there is a physician and it's a wellness clinic allowed to administer iv and antibiotics, I didn't miss class to go get Botox. I filed a claim with the dept of health and human services so please don't attempt to be professional now ..... direct violation of my hipaa rights and I have doctors notes and receipts to back everything up.
