If this is what you're going to this school for, then it's great value and worth it. I wouldn't recommend actually learning from this place (seems overpriced compared to just doing it online). But if you don't have the time to teach your kids to drive, seems like this place will work. I wouldn't know tho, never went to this place for actual driver ed classes. Customer service was good. Never had any problems. Chill environment, driving instructor during the test is very easy to work with. Front desk ladies are helpful with informing me of all the documents I needed.

I attended both the classroom and driving instruction, but stopped attending after the third driving lesson. The lady who answers the phone, Susan Seeton, has a bit of a bad attitude, but was a great classroom instructor. She explained every concept thoroughly, and made sure you understood before moving on. The driving instructors, on the other hand, didn't seem to have any redeeming qualities. My final time was with a black gentleman (I don't remember his name), and he had a terrible attitude, was rude, and unprofessional. After I had gotten in the car, he asked me what to do next, I said "buckle up." and for some reason he mocked me for saying this and got angry i didn't say it in a more proper tone ?? He would scream at me and slam his fists on the dashboard if I did not change lanes quickly enough, said he hoped I would hit the curb so he could hear me scream, and embarrassed me in front of a woman in the backseat, who was also a student. He stressed that I should turn the wheel "hand-to-hand", which no normal driver does, and the technique made me turn sloppy and far too slow for traffic. Anytime I would turn the normal way, he would grab my hand and try to force me to turn the wheel the dumb way. genuinely contemplated finding a place to park and switching right then and there. If it was not for the classroom instruction, I would've given the place one star.

His car is dirty and smells. When she was driving, he would show his phone to her to show pictures. Offer her food while she was driving. Never told her what she needed to do while driving. No worries, we lived nearby so we quickly went home got all the necessary paperwork, came back to start the process. One of the ladies at the front desk was going over EVERYTHING. Sign here, fill this out, sign and date here. After completing all the forms needed, and it is now our turn for the driving test. One of the instructors calls out my son's name and in a condescending, belittling tone says, "Read the expiration date and tell me what it says". I quickly intervened and said "Excuse me?!?!? ... It's expired as you can see and we are aware". I then asked "Why didn't the lady say that when she was going over the paperwork?". Of course there was no answer. I honestly and genuinely did not know he could not take his test with his permit expired. Had I know I would not have gone up there to begin with. Since there was no service rendered and we needed to renew his permit at the DPS, I requested a refund. Unfortunately, it could not be done, the manager had to process it and she was out of the office until the following morning. The next morning I called to confirm the manager would be in but was told "oh the manager is out until Monday due to a family emergency and no one is available to process the refund ". Today is Thursday. This was a VERY unpleasant experience and a HUGE inconvenience. No service was rendered and the DPS will do a driving test for $16. This place charged me $80. I STRONGLY suggest you explore other locations and/or options if you can.

We arrived here on a Saturday in Mid-March on a sunny day where the track was filled with vehicles and nothing but sounds of engines and tires screeching. If you're a racing guy or someone who loves cars, then this was paradise. As you pull in here, there's a garage with a bleachers area that oversees the track. The track has some sharp turns making it a fun yet nervewracking experience if you're not familiar with the track. By my second and third laps in the car, I got the hang of it and decided to let it rip. Boy oh boy, I get why people are obsessed with vehicles and engines since the feeling from the acceleration is pure ecstasy from a thrill perspective. Depending what events are here, I encourage people to try this at least once for the experience. It's not cheap so be prepared to spend some cash for the need for speed!

I'd never put my 1997 Viper on a track before, so I eagerly accepted an offer of instruction from Samuel, who was volunteering his time. Huge thanks - his positive, enthusiastic advice made a big difference. I didn't need a stopwatch to know I was going a lot faster afterward. One of the most fun single days I've had. Highly recommended!
