I called the end of August and was told by Heather they aren't scheduling until mid-September for our gutter service. Still no word mid-September. Absolutely no communication from this business. My husband calls and he's given the same run around as I was in August. Mind you, they have already deposited our down payment in July. Not a word was said about them doing this or when they would be cashing it. So when I tell Heather we are taking our business elsewhere, she says there is a 10% fee for cancelling. Tanner who bid the job didn't mention this and not anywhere does it say on our bid! We attempt to reach the owner through Facebook messenger and by leaving MANY messages to return our call right away with nothing in return.
