The…read morehouse I recently bought had pretty bad landscaping, after removing all the shrubs and dead trees I realized my yard was full of nutgrass. I gave Carson's a call and asked if they could come out and lay winter rye for me in the yard and aerate the yard. Communication was smooth, they called me right back and we setup a day and time. They were a bit late but they let me know that they were running behind so I appreciate the notice. When they showed up they did a great job in the yard they even leveled out the yard as well as they could before aerating and laying the new seed, they gave me clear instructions on how to handle the yard to get the best results from the rye. Very helpful and not hard to communicate with, highly recommend and I'll be using them again in the future for my landscaping needs.

He showed up and replaced one valve and added cement to pipe to stop leak. We weren't around to watch his work or to lead him by the hand. Leak continued so we called him back. Explained to do whatever he needed to do to fix the problem - he became defensive and said that the valve he fixed wasn't leaking. We explained that we understood that, but hired him to stop the leak completely, not just a valve. He replaced a 2nd valve and said a 3rd could be replaced, but he didn't do it. Again we couldnt be around to watch him or check on his progress. My husband told him to return asap to replace 3rd valve (that he should have gone ahead and replaced) said he would. Hasn't returned and not answering our calls. Almost $500 and still have the same problem. It's like he's guessing at what the problem might be.
