They completely transformed our backyard and side yard into a beautiful, functional outdoor living space that exceeded our expectations. They built an amazing outdoor kitchen featuring a built-in griddle BBQ, two countertop fire pits, a custom TV wall with LED lighting, and a gorgeous Alumawood patio cover that ties everything together perfectly. They also trenched our existing gas line from the house, completed all of the necessary connections, and installed a new gate with outstanding craftsmanship. This company seems extremely professional, and I'm sure the quality of services they provide is top notch. But calling themselves "affordable" is not how I would describe them. The quote they gave me to clear out the overgrowth in my front yard was almost triple of another company that I ended up going with. So I'm not condemning the quality of work they bring, but more so the "affordable" aspect. They were very nice to come out when I called for a quote on monthly maintenance. So then they told me they wanted $3000 to come the first time before they would talk about monthly maintenance. All I asked for was to maintain drip system and keep weed free and nice. No grass.... Just rocks and some plants. It was crazy. We called on a Thursday evening, they were there the next day to check out the area and give us a quote. We accepted it and asked when they could start and they were there within 48 hours with a 5-6 person crew. They worked very hard, cleared everything out, repaired pipes and sprinklers that were broken, even if they were not the ones that broke them. They were excellent! Searched different companies to lay down concrete. Most were charging over 10k, trying to upsell us beyond our budget and/or more costly than what the job entailed. Daniel was straightforward-he listened to what we wanted and informed us of what the job would entail. Along with laying down concrete, he extended our water and gas line so we didn't have to waste the work that was already done for any future yard projects (understandably that was an additional fee). Daniel and his workers were friendly and professional. We were kept up-to-date on the process (took a month to complete due to the weather). I appreciate that Daniel was never pushy and made sure that the schedule suited us. When it came to payment, you could use credit, but it would come with a 3.5% interest. So I ended up going with Daniel and I am definitely pleased with my choice. He finished the project about six months ago. I really wanted porcelain tile, but I had to get a home water softening system that took a huge bite out of my budget. I already had an idea of what I wanted because I obsessed over it for months. Believe me these guys bend over backwards for their customers. Not only did he do the work I was paying for he helped me source gravel I needed for a different project.
