I would have been happy to verify anything she needed. She has NO customer service skills. I have been in customer service since 1969 (probably before she was born) and owned two companies, was a Manager of a bank and had many people working under me, and if she worked for me I would FIRE HER!! She also relayed confidential information I spoke with her about to other people. Totally unprofessional! DO NOT USE RENDINA FUNERAL HOME UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A SECOND HAND CITIZEN. MAY I SUGGEST REESE FUNERAL HOME IN HOBART. When my dad died, that is where he wanted to go and they treated us with dignity and compassion. I rate Rendina 0 stars! Manuel Memorial by far is the best funeral service in northwest Indiana. They do not compare to the quality, efficient, warm, and professional service that Manuel Memorial provides. From Angie, all the way down to their interns, they are all remarkable. They buried my sister in 2010. There was a discrepancy in the casket that was noticed the night before her funeral. Angie not only corrected the issue, but upgraded my sister's casket. We walked into the church the next morning and we shed tears not just because of our loss,but because of how beautifully she was prepared. She looked like the Princess that she was! Angie followed up with us weeks afterwards, to make sure we didn't need help with thank you cards! Since then, they have buried two of my uncles, a few family friends, and members of our church, all from our referrals. We even stop by just to say hello to them when we are in the area. Their staff is truly a family. I feel so indebted to them for going above and beyond their duty at such a pressing and dire time of our lives. I highly recommend them!
