He told us he was available to come pick it up on Monday: We have a 1979 Craftsman Snow Blower that was given to us brand new in the box. We used it last year for the first time, and it worked fine. This year, we went to start it up, and it wouldn't start. Mark told us he would take a look at it, and give us a call the next day with an update. He did just that, and brought it back to us the very next day. He fixed everything that needed fixing, put fresh oil in it, and got it all ready for winter. Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job!
