Absolutely a nightmare from start to where we are today.....which is, we have paid them an…read moreunbelievable amount of money to not finish the job and do what they were supposed to do and also leave us in a position to have to have the roof completely redone by another company (would not want them touching our roof again). They will claim that we are having to have it redone because the shingles were defective (which I don't understand why they did not see that when they were installing them because we had another roofing company look at it and they realized within 5 minutes that the shingles were not good). But, the shingle problem is a small portion of why we are having to have the job done over again. The workmanship was terrible. The ability to get in touch with anyone to discuss anything was impossible and when we would tell them about a problem, they would just look at it and go on their merry way. Anyway, I have 4 typewritten pages logging our experience with them and now I'm sure they are happy because they got paid the full amount for a halfway job done. Hopefully we will never have to deal with them again, but really feel cheated. It was an insurance claim, so my insurance company will definitely be getting a full report and hopefully think twice about dealing with them again. I posted this review on Google Reviews and they replied that they would be having a General Manager contact me to come to a resolution and discuss it more. However, they never did, but I'm not surprised based on the experience with them so far. Besides, what resolution could we come to? They have their money for a lousy job and we still have to have our roof redone by another company, so I'm not sure what they thought would be resolved. For the last four months, people have been dropping by and leaving pamphlets from roofing companies. One day I happen to be at the right place to see a pamphlet dropped off, so I called the young man who left the pamphlet and asked him to come take a look at the roof. Devin showed up the next day to inspect my roof. He told me my roof is in bad shape and my insurance should be contacted for the hail damage he saw. I contacted my insurance company and an adjustor arrived 2 days later. Devin helped me navigate insurance steps and met with my adjustor. Fortunately for me the hail storm damage was reported in time and I was able to get a new roof with my insurance covering the costs while I pay my deductible. Many thanks to Devin for his hard work. He facilitated the whole process for me. He is polite, helpful, reliable and trustworthy. If he says he will take care of task, he does. Namaste Gutters came out and gave me a thorough explanation of what they would need to do and a very reasonable cost estimate. They gave me an idea of when they could fit me in their schedule and stuck to that. Showed up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a great clean up job (I had them clean the gutters out as well). They even helped me attach and extension to the drain spout that I had but wasn't sure how to fix it. All in all a great experience, highly recommend, and will use them again.
