Don't waste your time or your money because their $1250/month…read morefor a 500sqft apartment where nobody answers the phone (EVER) and apparently they only have one maintenance for multiple complexes, is not worth that price. My daughter moved in to this apartment in May 2022 and has had multiple maintenance problems. The office never answers their phone, nor do they call back. Maintenance does not fix things properly, like kitchen sink backing up, washing machine connectors spraying water when we connected washer hoses (from the top of the shutoff valves) the maintenance person said it was the hoses. Wasp infestation that they didn't respond to for 10 days. My daughters room mate is allergic to wasp. The smoke detector started alarming early hours one morning. When they finally got in touch with the office they were told to just take off the wall until someone could get out there. My daughters car was hit in the parking lot. Unable to get a hold of the office to see if there are any surveillance cameras, I'm sure there aren't in a dump like this. The tenants across from my daughters were evicted and the trash sat outside in the ally way for days, smelling. We had a large package from Amazon delivered to the wrong apartment. My daughter saw it sitting downstairs but did not realize it was something I had shipped there. Office never got back with me when I left a message. Nor did the person living in the apartment respond to the note I left on their door asking if they saw or received the box.

Were sad the previous manager left since she was great but for the few weeks the new manager was there before we left she seemed very nice. Only complaint is some people walked around with their dog on no leash. They were friendly but you never know. When I decided I needed a complete kitchen overhaul in 2021, there was only one place to go. Although Shea is no longer there, Zack Thacker was the perfect fit for us, too. Personable, patient, helpful, and reliable. I went to Prestige several times before making up my mind about the granite that I wanted in the kitchen. They would let me stand there and dream all I wanted with no pressure. I was not disappointed this time either. Caleb arrived on time to do the template. I talked to him as he measured, making sure that he understood where I wanted things to stop and start. He was patient and kind. He could see that I was a bit nervous about picking the corner radius, so he showed me the layout on the screen flipping between the two to give me a better idea of what to expect. The installers also arrived promptly as promised. I was communicated with every step of the way getting texts to confirm appointments for the template and install quickly after making the deposit.
