this is the worst place to live. Do not sign up for this. You're asking for trouble. I had to move because I was pregnant and needed a two bedroom apartment and she didn't have it . I called today and asked to go back and see if she had anything available and she said she would not rent back to me because I was in her words unhappy there. I don't understand how you can't rent to someone because you say you don't think they were happy and then she calls me back, saying I owe her money from my last apartment, which is not true because I paid all of it when I turned in my keys and I even got a check back from them in the mail because I overpaid. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. The woman really lives up to her name KAREN, she acts all nice at first when you meet her then after you sign those papers everything completely changes , BE CAREFUL! read more

Absolutely horrible!! Needs new management in the worst way. They like to play games and cheat you out of money for their gain. The Apt was dirty, the carpet was nasty, wore out and the whole place smelled. I cleaned the carpet and the water was black. In my opinion if you move there you are a gluten for punishment. Worst complex I've ever lived in!! The manager is so rude and never gets anything done. She was going to deny us because of the way my boyfriend looked in his drivers license picture, which is ridiculous because he's a normal looking guy. My a/c went out constantly and the maintenance staff only do the least they can instead of actually fixing the problem. Parking? Forget it! Even though you have a sticker and there's guest parking don't expect that to do a thing. Guests of my neighbors constantly parked wherever and for days at a time. Called to complain and all the manager did was leave a note and never towed like I was told. This didn't fix the problem. It may be cheap, but don't waste your time. read more

The year I have spent at Ridgetop has been the worst living situation I have ever had in my life. Never have I been subject to such constant harassment at such extreme levels. For example, at least 10 instances of having notes left on my door for such mundane things as my children playing with unapproved toys or riding their bikes too much or being too noisy in the early evenings. My children were blamed for many ridiculous things like when the tiles fell off the pool or a stick got stuck in the pool filter. Not only did my children get blamed they tried to bill me for repairs and banned me from the pool! One employee called the police on my 7 year old because she didn't like how much he was riding his bike!! Fortunately I am able to find a more suitable living situation but many people cannot and have to be subject to this constant torment. I would strongly urge any one looking to keep looking elsewhere, particularly if you have children. The place is infested with ants, spiders, and centipedes and the lighting is so poor on the way to the laundry room that I fell and broke my elbow! There are some wonderful tenants I will miss when I leave and not one of them had nice things to say about this place. Awful!! read more

I like living here,but i think it to expensive for what you get.Because the outside needs painting etc.the pole and the stairs Badly need paint .the pole have rust on them.The ground look bad except at the office they have it looking good down there.Some of the tree need trimming....But the rent keeps going up every year..So where is the money going.Use to be much better until new ownership and new management took over. read more

She really is an awful person! Karen Northrup is sneaky, she is power hungry and could care less about you! I was kicked out because she lied to corporate about me! Lived there many many years, paid my rent but I quit kissing up and I'm out! I became disabled and my poor husband is going blind, its sad because he knows the layout of our X home! but she will not be proved wrong! She's extreme in her judgements and getting very harsh to people! I know a lot about her as do others...but I'm not evil! She don't care that I have no place to live, but I don't want to have someone put out of a job! It's called morals, class, or just a human being! Look out Karen, the next person may not be so human!!! Corporate needs to check her a little more through, things used to get done! Where's the money going to fix things? Because its certainly not going to the upkeep! Wish I had a way to send a pic to corporate just so they could at least see my place that is destroyed because of leaking and water damage!
