The wine was hands down the best we had all weekend, but what truly made this place special was Tom, the owner. From the moment we arrived, Tom welcomed us like old friends. He shared stories, made us laugh, and connected with us on a level that went far beyond customer service. By the end of our visit, we were joking that we wanted to take him home with us! His hospitality was so genuine and heartfelt that 4 out of the 6 people in our group were actually in tears before we left. That's not something you can put a price on, although we happily spent over $300 because every bottle and every moment was worth it. Tom made us feel like family, and that kind of experience is incredibly rare. If you're looking for amazing wine, authentic conversation, and a place where you'll feel truly welcomed, this is it. The Black Raspberry, fantastic and also the Mixed berry Cabernet was awesome. Bought 4 bottles! The wine was super inexpensive also. $5.95 a bottle!! The man who made the wine is really nice and accommodating. He was happy to let us sample anything and everything we wanted. Very proud of his wines. I must say I enjoyed myself! Highly recommend to stop in! They don't mail anything but next time I'm in the area I will definitely pick up a few more bottles.

The venue is easy to get to and the prices make it much more available to families (no more spending hundreds of dollars to see a pro club in this state!) - reminds me of the friendly and affordable games me and my dad went to in NY as a kid in the 80s. They have a full museum with art, they house the Duluth Playhouse which offers nice performances of plays and musicals, you can also take a class from them. This is also one of the locations for the School of the Minnesota Ballet (yay!), which you should go see one of the shows put on by this company, or take a dance class, they offer classes from toddlers to the most wise adults.

The scarers will touch you and your children. The attraction did NOT notify guests of the touching. Nowhere at the attraction, on its Facebook page, in its waiver, etc is there an explicit notification of touching. Once again, the scarers will touch you and your children. There is no system in place protecting your children or other guests. If anyone, including children, were touched inappropriately, the attraction lacks protective policies for such a situation. Also, there was a portion of the haunt where you must crawl to get through. Thankfully, one actor was able to accommodate a friend's handicap. However, once again, there was no notification of this requirement.

Well, it only gets you $2 admission ($5 regular) but it does not give you the discount off the combo deal (all 3 museums - the tugboat just closed this year). I was glad not to do the $10 combo deal since our Lighthouse B&B gave us voucher to use on the other museums. The 3M museum is a pretty decent museum considering they seriously lack funding. It is nice to see that our admission went to a good cause so that they hopefully update it. There are a total of 4 rooms and each describes the history and progress over the years. The dummy scared my wife as well as the staff member. If you bump into the dummy, then it wiggles and shakes like a real person. Well, I think if there was access to the Innovation Center, then I would highly recommend it to you. However, this charming quaint place is nice to revisit our employer over the holidays.
