Two points to make:…read more 1) Great mechanical service (5 stars) I've been to BAS approximately 5 times and the repairs were both done in a timely fashion and with excellent results 2) Customer Service (3 stars) In the 5 times I've had work done..... not once have I been called to give me an estimate of cost & time necessary to complete the job! Just a call on completion with a cost due and a review of what devices were completed. This last time (Tuesday), the car was towed there. A young lady took my wife's information and even gave her a ride home. We didn't hear from them on Wednesday so WE FOLLOWED UP! They didn't even know the car was there! We were told they would check the car for the estimate and call back....they didn'! Now I will have to wait until Thursday am to find out what's up! They cost my wife a days work/pay. She uses the car to do her job. She's off on Wednesdays and will lose Thursday's pay because they lost the car and didn't do the work on Wednesda! I'm sure they'll say "that's to bad".....we'll see.
