When I spoke to them by phone, they said to bring in the arrangement and they would add some flowers. The flowers had been delivered to my sister two days prior. I couldn't believe they would expect a person to get the flowers they had sent so they could correct the situation. This was so tacky. I will, of course, never do business with them again and I recommend that no one else does either.
