Our son had already been through classes at a different school and after failing his test the first time, we asked Tim to take some time to help sharpen his skills prior to his next test attempt. There were things our son hadn't even learned about driving that we already paid good money for him to learn. After just two times of driving, he was a completely different driver. But today I got to deal with their lack of teaching skills. I'm coming out from a dead-end street that has vehicles parked on both sides of it. Incomes the blue a-alert car. They aren't stopping or even slowing down. I move my vehicle as close as I can to a trailer that is parked on the side of the road to avoid a head on collision and am left with a big scratch in my passenger side door from the trailer. To the instructors at a alert: tell your students what right of way is. I'm just glad that no one was seriously injured or no serious damage was done to my vehicle. What about next time?

(not mentioned on the website)The spots after that are reserved for High school students. When asked about a refund she said I would be refunded minus $20 for administrative fees. She said that most places wouldn't offer a refund because the person should be able to fit this in their schedule. My husband has a job during those hours and is a new employee so is not able to take off. She was very rude and acted like it was my fault it wouldn't work out. It isn't cheap so you would think they would want the money and help it work for us. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Jeff was nice on the phone when talking to him, but nothing was said about not accomodating our schedule.
