I finally sent a note saying that I was disappointed that they weren't able to come to our appointment. Their only response was that they were delayed by rain on another job. Delay for rain I understand. Failing to call to cancel or reschedule an appointment I do not understand. They might be the best guys in town, but if they don't communicate well, that doesn't bode well for them doing what I actually want them to do.

The lawn was in terrible…read moreshape - creeping charlie, bind weed bald patches, etc. After one season with Weed Man the lawn was clearly getting better - not perfect, but a lot better. By the end of the 2nd season (the year of a horrible drought and everyone's lawns looked horrid) my lawn was looking great! This summer it continues to thrive. The staff is professional, polite and attentive. If I call with questions or concerns, they came out within a day or 2 to look at the issue and then do whatever they needed to do to resolve the problem.
