I finally sent a note saying that I was disappointed that they weren't able to come to our appointment. Their only response was that they were delayed by rain on another job. Delay for rain I understand. Failing to call to cancel or reschedule an appointment I do not understand. They might be the best guys in town, but if they don't communicate well, that doesn't bode well for them doing what I actually want them to do.

Since then, I've gotten at least one phone call a day from them--usually from a different phone number and always a different person. I've called back twice, asking them to permanently remove me from their contact list but the phone calls persist.
