After having just a *terrible* experience at Target World, I got frustrated and started looking for gun stores closer to home. On a whim, I found Right 2 Arm Firearms was a half hour closer and had good reviews, so I thought 'I should give these guys a shot'. I'm happy I did - When I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff, helped with what I needed, and I end up leaving with what I wanted as well as some stuff I didn't think they would have: A very nice Ruger LCP Max, Sticky holster, 200rnds of target ammo and 100rnds of Federal Punch. Prices were very reasonable, and I got to keep my business in Ohio and close to home. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to pop on a Sig P365 (thanks to the guy who showed off the SAS to me - I think that sealed the deal). If you are looking for firearm I highly recommend this store. I have purchased more than one from here and have always gotten a good deal, the place is smaller compared to some places in the area. I will say they have a huge selection and can order just about anything you want. Or you can have what you order shipped here and have them do the paperwork for a small fee. The even have a simulator downstairs that is pretty fun. It isn't perfectly real, but it is still fun. They also do the state required firearm safety course needed for your CCW. If you need a firearm for home protection or for hunting, I highly recommend coming here. read more

Went in to purchase an 870 that was available, was greeted and helped right away. Workers were quick and knowledgeable about my questions. Price was reasonable and walked out in under a half hour with a brand new shotgun. Put magpul furniture and side saddle on after purchase. Overall, very happy with my buying experience. read more

He also told me that he had good experience at another big box store in Columbus Ohio and was heading to there new store in Lebanon Ohio. This is the first time I have left a review for any retailer. I've gone to this place about four times. I purchased a holster and a clip for my Kimber. I understand that ammo Is in high demand but they now require a gun purchase to buy ammo. This store is a nice place with a good selection but my problem is you never Feel welcomed at the store. My husband went to the shop and the owner for a specific ammo. He was buying this as a gift so wasn't familiar with exactly what he needed other than .300 blackout (hence asking them for help). He was sold a different ammo but thought it was just a different type since he had asked for a specific type. After leaving and asking others, he realized he wasn't given the correct ammo. He asked to return it and he was told he wouldn't be able to and that it was the owner who had sold it to him. He called back and spoke to the owner who acted like it wasn't their fault. Was very rude about giving a refund. So unfortunate when someone is trusting an "expert" trying to advice and then was blamed when that "expert" sold him the wrong product. read more

The folks at Right 2 Arm are friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful. The shop is pristine and always well stocked. When there is something you're looking for and it's not in the shop, just ask. In my opinion they have the best lay-away program in the area. Right 2 Arm offer CCW classes and FFL service. On 4-22-20 I went to this place for my last time! 2 employees behind the counter and one on the couch. I waited for 10-15 minutes before I asked for help. I asked the guy on the couch for help finding a holster and he was very rude about it. After other issues that evening I requested for the owners number. I called him and he pretty much said I didn't know the whole story and he was paying the guy on the couch to take a test and he wasn't pleasant either. The guy there was friendly he didn't try to push anything on me, he wasn't bugging me trying to make a sale he gave me space on top of that he told me that if I wanted something that they didn't have that there's a good chance they can order it and get it in. I never write reviews on anything, but in this case I felt compelled to tell people about this shop. Guns are a very expensive hobby and when you are spending thousands or even hundreds of dollars you want to feel valued. I have purchased guns from many of the gun shops in the area including all the big box stores and the chain shops. I have visited this store a couple of times without making a purchase and found it to have a great selection and helpful staff. On this visit I had the pleasure of interacting with the owner Mike, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as knowledgable as anyone you will come across about guns and what is happening with any number of gun issues. He gave me a great deal of individual attention and the icing on top was he had a phone call come in during our dicussion and unlike most places instead of excusing himself he asked his staff to take a message. They informed him it was a customer and he reiterated that they needed to take a message. As a customer who was standing in front of him at the time I was impressed and felt valued. I will give Mike a chance to earn my business for future purchases and as a result of his fantastic customer service I ordered a $2000 gun during that visit! read more
