Pat the director has a very competent and caring staff that provide excellent care to the residents. The staff has a very low turn over rate which allow the staff and residents to have a personal relationship. The facility is fairly small and allows the staff to closely monitor and respond to the resident's needs.

Everytime I would call for more work nothing seems to be available so I filed for unemployment I was not treated fair in the end so I would not recommend anyone to work for this company because they can not be fair at times and I'm glad I have moved on when one door closes a better one opens

Although Temporary Home Care did not have staffing in my area on such short notice, they recommended another company that was able to help. Temporary Home Care did follow up with me the following Monday to make sure my father had care, and they had even found staffing for him if necessary. They were very understanding and supportive of my situation, and that level of consideration and care means a lot.
