This place is a complete scam disguised as a treatment facility. They make big promises about personalized care, professional medical support, and a safe environment for detox and recovery, but the reality is completely different. Disorganized and Uncaring Staff From the moment you walk in, it's obvious that the staff couldn't care less about your well-being. They act as if you're just another number rather than a person in need of serious medical and emotional support. The staff is rude, inattentive, and disorganized. Many of them seem completely untrained to handle addiction recovery properly, and they constantly give conflicting information about treatment plans, medication schedules, and discharge procedures. You can ring the call bell for help, and it will take HOURS for someone to show up. That's unacceptable, especially for people in serious withdrawal who need immediate medical attention. They say they provide 24/7 medical support, but it's a lie. If you need something, good luck getting anyone to actually care or do anything about it. Horrible Medical Care & Unethical Practices PDRC claims to offer high-quality medical detox, but in reality, their medical staff is completely overworked and neglectful. Patients are left suffering for hours before receiving medication--if they even get it at all. Some people never even get the meds they were prescribed because staff "forgets" or "loses track" of orders. They also have a one-size-fits-all approach to detox, meaning that they don't actually tailor the treatment to your specific substance use history. This leads to people being undermedicated and suffering through painful withdrawals unnecessarily. Others get the wrong dosages, which can be extremely dangerous. Patients have even been discharged while still in withdrawal because PDRC either messed up their treatment plan or just wanted to make room for the next paying customer. They don't care if you're actually ready to leave--they just want to keep their beds full and the money rolling in. Horrible Living Conditions & False Advertising The facility looks nice in pictures, but don't be fooled. The rooms are dirty, the beds are uncomfortable, and the bathrooms are often unsanitary. The food is horrible--barely edible--and certainly not nutritious enough for people trying to heal from addiction. The facility is also freezing cold, and when people ask for blankets, they're told they can't have extras. How does that make any sense for a recovery center? If you don't bring your own warm clothes, you're going to be miserable. Shady Billing Practices & Hidden Fees One of the worst things about this place is its fraudulent billing practices. They will overcharge you, add hidden fees, and bill for services that were never even provided. When you try to get an explanation, the billing department gives vague answers and refuses to clarify charges. People have also reported that insurance was billed for treatments they didn't even receive. And if insurance doesn't cover everything, they will hound you for payments even if the charges are completely illegitimate. It's all about the money for them--not helping people. Conclusion: DO NOT GO HERE If you or someone you love needs help with addiction, do not come to PDRC. This place is dangerous, unethical, and only interested in profit. The therapists at Divine Spine have relieved two distinct issues for me, several years apart. The first was three years ago for intense pain as a result of plantar fasciitis and the most recent was for pain in my upper thigh. I have used all the therapists at this location and each one was as brilliant as the next in evaluating my condition and helping me with the exercises which have relieved each issue. My interactions with the front desk was always helpful and informative. They also handled the covid situation well. They chose the physician who they felt would suit my injury best and placed me with Dr. Michael Grenis. Because of the nature of the injury, I was squeezed in for an appointment pretty quickly. With my first visit, Dr. Grenis seemed short with me and didn't explain anything to me. I chalked it up to being squeezed into his assuming busy schedule. I was examined and x-rayed and outfitted with a new splint. The physician assistant was warm and attentive. My second appointment was not as pleasant. Aside from the fracture in my wrist, I had a lot of pain in my arm that was noticeably bruised and swollen. It kept me up at night and hurt much more than my wrist. He didn't mention anything about it at the initial appointment aside from that it wasn't broken. So when I returned, I asked him to check it again because it was causing so much pain. Dr. Grenis' barked at me 'what do you want surgery??' 'It's a hematoma'. I seek a professionals advice because I'm not a doctor. I never understood what a hematoma was, nor had he mentioned that that's what it was. Nothing was explained to me what it was, about treatment for it, or what I could do for the pain. When he returned to the room I think he realized that he crossed a line and tried to amend his error. Too late. His behavior was intimidating and undermining. I was offered a review in email but didn't want to make it worse for myself.

They used to have very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Now, they are surly (Monroe location especially) and are almost nasty when asked for help. They have kiosks to check in where your ID and credit card are scanned. There are older patients who aren't familiar with computers and I actually watched a few people yelled at! What type of customer service is that? It now takes over 10 minutes on hold to make an appointment. Really? You may even be transferred to a different schedule who never picks up and he has an attitude if you ever get through. Lastly, the cleanliness has gone away. It is a medical office! The Monroe office floor is dirty like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Old dried out alcohol pads, dirt, bandages with dark, dried stains, gross. I am looking elsewhere, goodbye Princeton Orthopedics. You used to feel good going from soup to nuts, the desk to the doctor. Now, something has changed. I miss just a few years ago.
