We were having issues with finding a peditrician that didn't seem to talk down to us or even the feeling of being judged. After switching our daughter twice we finally came across and decided to try Dr. Norman. He also has a couple nurse practitionars that work out of his office and so far we have loved them all. They get us in quick they are not rushing us through our appointment. They are by far worth the 20 minute drive. We trust him fully with our childs healthcare needs.

Horrible ER visit. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. After that everything went wrong. They not once checked her 02 levels after being placed in a room, or placed her on oxygen. I had to go find a nurse when it was time for my daughters medication. had to remind them 3 times about the medicine, while my daughter was wheezing. After 3 hours my daughter and I asked for a drink and snack we did not receive those until we were leaving and I told them I had asked multiple times without receiving anything. After 4 hours of sitting waiting for chest x-ray results we finally hear that we are going to be released. Three hours after that i had to hunt down a nurse tell them we were walking out the door in 5 minutes with or without the discharge papers. Both doctors (one I believe was a resident) and all the nurses were sitting at their desk laughing and chatting doing nothing. After all this I still have to pay for the bad patient care!?! This place is exactly what's wrong with the health care in the US. We we NEVER go here again unless we are dying and there are no other options.

Then when I come for another dry socket treatment after the wknd on Monday morning - seemed like I was a bother even being there.
