Rented with them for almost 3 years and all I can say is if you're thinking about using…read morethem...DONT!!! Rent was always paid on time and even early in most cases. They never do any maintenance on the properties until something breaks...there is zero preventive maintenance, no pest control excluding an annual termite inspection that you have to do at THEIR convenience. Their rent goes up every single year without any improvement to the grounds or property. The office staff is rude beyond belief once you sign the papers. Their deposit system is outrageous. I paid to have my locks and hardware changed because they failed to respond in a timely manner (really they just didn't do anything at all). I did it at my own expense of 175 dollars. The locks were so old they fell apart when they tried to rekey them. When I chose not to renew my lease and checked out, they charged me 703 dollars to replace the same locks because their locks were "special". Apparently they are made of gold. They denied they make any money off it but even the most expensive locksmith only charges half of that price. Buyer beware!!!

I told them I had cash for the term meaning if the rent was $500/mnth and for a year I would pay, upon agreement, $6000 into an escrow account so lessor could be paid each month with no worries. I told this to 2 employees but was still was asked for un needed documentation by another employee. It took them 2 weeks to process my application. This proved a problem as housing I had arranged for the time was not available. And affording temporary housing at $1000 per week was not doable. There were no airbnb accommodations in the city once in. Further they told me the delay was that the owner, an real-estate agent, was on vacation. When I pulled property records I found a corporation owns the property. So it seems they lied about an agent owing the property. After two weeks and numerous phone calls they said the apt was ready and the delay has because they had to do repairs. ( the prior week they said the city had to inspect it and that would cause a delay When I called the city inspectors they said no inspection is scheduled for the property. ) When I told them I was a little upset at the way I had been treated they told me to never mind and refused to rent to me. I was so Livid that I had them call the police to keep the peace. Some people have to rent, I am not one and I refuse to be treated so poorly.
