I started asking around for recommendations for some roofers. Called and got estimates, the usual. However, my neighbors used Forte Roofing earlier this year, so we decided to give them a call. They were very responsive, very quick to get back to us and even did the roof sooner than expected. Very reasonable estimate, much more so than others. They came bright and early, started on it and finished all within a day. I have a split level ranch with connecting garage and sunroom off the back. Very impressed with the team. A few guys came back a few days later (rained the next day after the roof was put on) and did a sweep for nails. All in all, very happy. Easy to work with and very professional. Would recommend them over and over again.

The picture and video i was promised would be available during the job was not privided to me. After the job was finished i inquired about it and it took them multiple attempts to send me a working link. Once i was able to open the link there was no video and there were pictures missing specifically of the plywood install. Come to find out they only replaced 4 plywood boards when they charged me for full plywood replacement. They later credited my account for the missing plywood but only after i brought it up and went back and forth with them multiple times. Also the cleanup job was not good. The cleanup person spent 5 minutes running a magnet in the yard and then spent 45 minutes sitting in the driveway. After the job i ran my magnet and found a couple handfuls of nails in the yard along with one in my tractor tire. Also the dumpster was left in my driveway for 3 days. Hopes this helps someone.

He was able to quote the roof replacement without even seeing the property in person. This should've been my first red flag. He proceeds to send some pricing over via text and a "contract" which was just a text message prompting me to reply with the words "accepted" and my name. Second red flag. Told him I was waiting to compare quotes, next day he sends another "contract" with a much more aggressive price, I decided to accept it and move forward. With the acceptance of the contract there was a $500 deposit required, only payable by Zelle, the third red flag. I went ahead and sent the $500 and all was good until the next day when he stated he made a mistake and needed another $1,000 Zelled to him for the deposit. Informed him a I don't feel comfortable with that and to just refund the $500. He said no worries, we'll stick with what you already paid as the deposit. Upon scheduling, a 50% deposit was required which was outlined in the contract. Total contract price was $10,500, contract stated deposit upon scheduling would be $5,250 minus the initial deposit of $500 bringing the remaining deposit to $4,750. Jason requested and insisted on needing $5,600 as "that's what the contract says", mind you this is only payable by Zelle which offers no protection. When challenged, he said "just send the $5,000, no problem". At this point I'm already feeling as this may not be legit and upon some googling, it appears others have had similar issues aswell. He now refuses to return the $500 citing a extremely vague 3 day

They aren't the least expensive, but that is for a good reason. Their work ethic, very in depth estimates, customer service, and craftsmanship are worth it. That being said, they're not overpriced either. They are also extremely efficient. I just had a complete tear off that they completed in half a day. And that included some structural roof issues that were discovered that needed repair. All in all, best roofers in town. Highly recommend this team of professionals.

When I stopped home during the day to check the progress I noticed spare rib bones in the driveway and in the grass. When I went back after the dumpster was gone there was still a couple bones in the grass. I went to mow the lawn and there were about 15 thick plastic clamps that were left in the grass by the side of my garage. I came very close to mowing over them. There were about 10 more in my backyard by my pool, which I again almost mowed over. About 10 pavers that outline my front landscaping were knocked out of place and not put back and a ceramic planter was moved and not put back in place either. I sent in pictures and received a phone call. I was informed that my dumpster was denied because there was a recliner in it. I was told that my neighbor had one in his front yard across the street. I went over to ask him about it and he said one of the workers actually helped him put it in. He then showed me his ring camera footage which backed up what he said. I called back and was told that their workers know to not do that. In the meantime I found several nails in the back yard. I mentioned it during that call and was told that someone would come out and take a look all around the house. The gentleman that showed up spent all of 2 minutes, if that, and looked around the front of my house but never even went into the back yard.
