Orange Tires - Balance your tire

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this company's professionalism, lightning-fast…read moreresponse, and extremely reasonable pricing. They operate 24/7, and unbelievably, they did not charge extra for an after-hours emergency call, nor was there any type of travel fee. This alone speaks volumes about their integrity and customer care. I had a blowout in my kid's Tesla on a Friday night around 9:30 PM, and within 45 minutes of calling, they were already on-site changing the damaged tire. I assumed they would put a slightly used tire on, however it was a brand new tire. The total cost for their services was less than what I would have paid at a tire shop just to purchase one tire, which is incredible given the convenience and speed. The only reason I went back to discount tire today to use the road hazard warranty that I had purched when replacing these tires last month was purely for my OCD ways and wanting my set of 4 tires to match. The two technicians who arrived were extremely polite, professional, and understanding, knowing how eager we were to get safely back on the road. The payment process was also seamless -- they accepted Zelle, making it one of the easiest parts of an already smooth experience. Huge thanks to David and his coworker for their outstanding service and for getting us back on the road so quickly. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs tire service. Exceptional experience from start to finish!!!

About a month ago, I visited Orange Tire to replace all four tires. At that time, I was very…read moresatisfied with the service and even left a 5-star review. However, my experience completely changed afterward. Today, I needed to replace my brake pads and attempted to remove the wheels myself. I was unable to loosen the lug nuts because they had been tightened extremely hard during my previous visit. While trying to remove them, I broke one of the wheel studs due to the excessive force required. I stopped immediately and went back to Orange Tire to address the issue. I explained that I had been there a month ago and that their team had overtightened the lug nuts to the point where I couldn't remove them. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff initially tried to blame rust. I can understand one stuck lug nut -- but not three out of five on a single wheel. That's not normal and clearly indicates improper torque. The manager spent about 15-20 minutes on the phone (possibly with the owner), and eventually told me that I would need to purchase new parts myself, bring them in, and they would replace them for free. I offered a simple and reasonable solution -- just reimburse the cost so I could handle the repair myself and not waste additional time. However, the owner responded in a dismissive and unfriendly manner, refusing any refund and insisting I follow their process. This situation shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. What started as a great experience turned into a very disappointing one. Be careful -- over-tightened lug nuts can cause serious damage and additional expenses.

Originally I had made an appointment at the dealership to get an oil change but they told me it would take about 2 hours minimum and honestly who has time to wait around for that? I searched on yelp locally and Express Oil Change came up as one of the more highly rated places. As I pulled into one of the empty lanes, I was immediately greeted by a nice gentlemen name John. I told him I needed an oil change and he said it would take about 10 minutes and that was in fact true. He swapped out my engine filter, topped off my washer fluids, and checked the cabin filter as well. And since it was my first visit, he took off $15 of the services. Very pleasant experience and so efficient. Keep up the great work!

I had an EXTENSIVE amount of brakes work done on my Nissan Altima back in 2023: Front and back…read morerotors, discs and pads all replaced. Granted my car is 13 years old so it was time for some brake work. I came in since the brakes would squeak every time I reversed. Car ran fine and give or take a few months into it, I heard the reverse brakes squeak again. I took it for review and was advised this is common for older cars especially in the mornings. I hardly drive my Altima since I work from home. Just got back from a road trip and the squeaky began again. This time, I took it for a second opinion: Nissan Dealership in Round Rock: They advised me all rotors, discs and pads will need to be replaced again. I advised them I had all that work done before. Unfortunately, the rotors were discolored due to contamination from packing protection oil prior to installation. I called Express Oil change and spoke with Tony. Since its been more then 12 months since the brakes were done, there was nothing that can be done. Tony also stated this could be caused from going through car washes and the solutions they use can stick to the brakes causing further harm. DON'T GO HERE FOR BRAKE WORK. STICK WITH YOUR LOCAL DEALERSHIPS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just silence...pure, uncomfortable silence. At first, I tried optimism. Then logic. Then the classic move of turning the key again like it might suddenly change its mind. It did not (like a child digging in their heels). At this point, I accepted that my car had entered its "I'm tired and I quit" era. Cue roadside assistance....Alpha Roadside Services and Battery. Thankfully, help arrived before I had time to spiral into Googling "How to survive permanently stranded in your driveway." The roadside assistance technician showed up calm, professional, and completely unfazed by my dramatic retelling of events. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue, got things sorted out, and brought my car back to life like some kind of automotive wizard. What could have turned into a full‑blown inconvenience (or emotional breakdown) ended up being quick and painless. No lectures, no eye‑rolling...just efficient help and a running vehicle again. The car was not tired, but the battery was a bit weak. While roadside service was free through our insurance plan, we had to pay for battery, which was reasonably priced. Thanks to roadside assistance, my car is no longer staging protests, and I can once again go about my day pretending this never happened. Highly recommend Alpha Roadside Services and Battery... especially if your car enjoys surprise rebellion.

I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt because I've trusted them with my car…read moremore than once... but this is now a pattern. Most recently, I went in for service and about two weeks later my car started smelling like gas whenever I turned the AC on. That led me to finally check under the hood myself -- and what I found was honestly shocking. My engine air filter was completely missing, and the air intake hose wasn't even connected. It was just sitting on top of the engine. Not secured, not attached to anything -- just left there. That alone could've caused serious damage (or even melted from engine heat). So for the past two weeks, my car has been: * Pulling in unfiltered air * Running with an incomplete intake system * Potentially circulating fumes into the cabin That's not a minor mistake -- that's basic, critical work that was simply not done. What makes this even worse is how it was handled when I brought it up. There was no apology, no accountability, and the mechanic actually raised his voice at me when I asked about the missing filter. I stayed calm the entire time -- I wasn't disrespectful, I just wanted answers. This also isn't my first issue here. Back in July, I came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and was upsold on additional services that ended up messing with my tire pressure sensor. When I addressed it, I got the same response -- uncertainty, deflection, and no accountability. At this point, it's not bad luck -- it's a pattern. I don't mind paying for good service, but I absolutely expect my car to be returned in proper working condition. Between the lack of attention to detail, the safety concerns, and the way customers are treated when something goes wrong, I can't recommend trusting this location with your vehicle.
