There is no one available to do color. After the co owner Corey called me he try to give me a BS answer so when I tried to go back in and make the appointment again I was in fact able to book Corey. Back of my head and ears were raw from him working on the same spot for - no joke - 30 min. Freddy stepped in to help him out in that spot. After 2 1/2 hrs, he brought the mirror out saying he was done. However, he left the top part of my fade long even though i asked for a high fade. I was about to just pay and walk out, but the lady barber saw my disappointment and stepped in to fix all of it. I walked out somewhat happy about that. When i got home, i was told my whole back neck was still long.... which i had my wife fix. At no point did Alex let me know this was his first haircut, or that he was new. I would have way more accepting if he admitted that. 3hrs is unheard of for a fade. Please get this corrected.
