A week later i got a letter from the IRS saying i didn't submit a form, when i told Electro tax they helped me figure out what it was for and where i could find it. (it was my fault it wasn't submitted not theirs)...Then they kept me in the loop on when it was OK'd by the IRS and when i should expect my refund. Very helpful, will definitely use them again.
