I always struggle to find a company that works with us and meets our expectations. This company 3R Cleaning Service was Great. Not only did they work with our Difficult schedule they were so kind and professional. I had to reschedule them 3 different times and they had no problem rescheduling to meet my inspections schedule. The place looked so great they did an amazing job. This is the first time we had a cleaning company come out and not have to return because we found problems. We had the Full-Size Restaurant Deep Cleaned and they went above and beyond to complete this. I will defiantly use them again when we are in the Texas area.

The owner/operator of this company was crazy. He had no idea what he was doing. He missed many…read moreareas; the bottom of the toilet was not touched, and nothing in the bathroom above eye level had been dusted. Even many of the shelves at eye level had not been touched. Soap scum or some kind of film was left behind in my shower. His old dirty-looking mops left a film all over my tile floor. When I brought this up, he acted irritated and took it out on his employees, accusing them of not "wringing the mops out enough," when that wasn't the issue. The mops were visibly old and dirty. In addition, he left one of the mops propped up against my wall on my wood floor, and the water soaked into the wood, causing damage. He also placed his bucket of cleaning chemicals on my bed while he was cleaning, dripping bleach on my comforter. When I complained about this, his response was, "It's just a comforter," as if the spots of bleach didn't ruin it. Oh, and the chemicals he used were very strong. He used a purple acid cleaner that burned my nose and a super strong bleach that he bragged about being a commercial bleach stronger than what you can find in the store. I can't prove it, but I think he stole some of my pain medication that I kept in my bathroom. His employees didn't clean the bathrooms, so I don't think it was either of them. I would stay far away from this guy and his company.

They showed up…read morewhen they said they would, fixed the low pressure front yard station and non functioning back yard station that I called them to fix. But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction?
