My husband and I called Pace about a month ago, as we were having a squirrel problem. The owner's brother in law came and set up 2 traps on the roof. They did trap one squirrel within a day and did come remove it. This was on a Friday...they do not work on weekends. Come next Wednesday, we hadn't heard a word from them. My husband called and was told that they had been to our house 7 times since the past Friday. Considering that they don't work weekends, that would have been over 2x a day that they claimed to be there. They also claimed to have removed several more squirrels, none of which my husband and I ever saw. Between the 2 of us, we are home a lot during business hours, so should have seen something. Their fee was $450.00. We felt that we should get more for our money than trapping one squirrel. My husband called the owner, Matt, on the phone, and admitedly did get upset with him and the company's obvious lies and poor service. After being on the phone for close to an hour, the call came to an end when Matt threatened to "punch" my husband "In his head". Nice customer service! This is probably the most AWFUL service company I have EVER encountered. I don't believe we should have paid anything or very little, especially since they threated us with violence! They also threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay, and judging by their extremely unprofessional attitude, we feared that they might retaliate on our house in some way.
