It was per our neighbor's recommendation. We made the appointment 2 weeks ago and was told they would come out to do the quote Saturday at 8am. Saturday at 8am came but when an hour passed we called checking in as to what was up. The woman on the phone (who answered "hello" without saying the business name, weird) said he was on the road. Never followed up. No phone call. He simply did not show. And the woman never attempted to solve the situation. 0 stars.

Scheduling was easy and quick, and communication throughout was excellent. They even sent a crew ahead of time to clear the snow around the trees at no charge -- such a thoughtful and professional touch. As promised, I received a call the day before to confirm the arrival time. The team -- Jeremías, Marlon, and Ariel -- arrived right on time. They reviewed the work order with me before starting and left a copy once the job was completed. They were professional, friendly, and got to work right away. They were careful with the property, cleaned up all branches thoroughly, and did an outstanding job. The trees look great! And no one will tell me who they are. They give me phony names and it's constant never-ending harassment Now these people are sending me mailers I never asked for Tree Work from them. I have my own tree guys. I'll never hire these guys. I don't want to get any mail from them and I want to know who is giving them leads with my name on it, cause I am gonna put a stock to it These people I would never use them. They're in Hamden. I'm in Easton. There's probably five people in Easton to do this kind of work or in Reading nearby. Why would I choose somebody from so far away. Why would I pay a fee lead generator?
