Get on your phone, give them a call, ASK if they have what you need. My final and most important piece of advice is to ASK FOR A PAPER PRESCRIPTION. I have lost a few prescriptions due to failure to follow through on my own doctors end, (who is also about to get a review from me today) IF you do YOUR part, stay on top of things and if he doesn't have it, you won't have to worry about it because you have a paper script, and can ask if they have something.
