The customer service, the cleanliness, and the all over atmosphere is great. Their original juices are fantastic and I rave about them to everyone who asks me what flavor I'm vaping. First and Only vape shop I will go to. Staff is more than helpful and always trying to help. I went in with absolutely zero knowledge of vaping and walked out knowing everything I needed to know. Chaz makes sure every customer is satisfied and being helped no matter how many people are there. Best Vape shop in north Texas! Hardware prices beat all of the other shops in the area. Their juice is amazing! They have somewhere around 40 premium lines to pick from and their premiums are priced very well. There is a negative review on here but I must add that you should try the juice before you buy it, especially a premium juice. But at Bombay you have a ton of juice to pick from so try a few out before purchasing:)! They also have the most amazing house juice which is cheaper but their house juice is amazing (I prefer "Alanis") I highly recommend Bombay and they will price match, so stop by next time you need something! read more

I have been vaping for 3.5 years and been to many vape shops during that time. Hands down, Bombay is the absolute best in the DFW area. I found them two years ago and am so happy I did! There has been a time or two in those two years where I was out of town or couldn't get to them and had to go elsewhere and I'm always disappointed. My normal vape store has been out of what I usually buy. I stopped in to Bombay! First off!, They have a lounge and a pool table. Thats notable! When I met the vapetender I expected a quick hey, here you go, see you next time. Nope! The most attentive gentleman. He served me well. Bombay vapor is easily the best shop in Denton. A lot of vape shops really only go for the cloud chasing young people that vape but Bombay helped my mother find a small device perfect for her and was still super kind and knowledge. The guys are funny and super nice, and know everything there is to know and will bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need for any price range you have. I've tried most of the vape shops in the area, and finally found my go-to. Most other places have uninviting environments partnered with less than charming staff; not Bombay. I make my once a week trip here to get what I need and not once have I not been greeted as soon as I walked in, even when they're busier.
