The next day a insurance adjustor came out and with Justin getting on the roof with him showed him. I was SO impressed as a elderly woman on a fixed income newly purchasing this home (within the year) I didn't expect having to put on a ROOF! I didn't have the funds. Well, long story short within a few weeks everything was covered by my insurance thanks to Justin and his dealing with all details of the requirements. They ordered the metal awning and all roofing materials and I now have a new roof, awning, and shed roof!!!! It looks fabulous!!!! Justin KNOWS what he's doing and how to handle insurance companies!!! He was here during the whole process and when the crew came he was right there watching, supervising, and comforting me whenever I needed. I had a $500.00 deductible and I recommended my elderly neighbor to him and Justin immediately got up on her roof (she also didn't know had hail damage) called her insurance company with her present. Her roof is also replaced now and it took them one day to get it done!!!! I got $250.00 for the referral and working on spreading the word! Justin is the BEST!!! MISSION ROOFING is amazing!!!! They are banned from contracting or operating anywhere in Arizona. Their website has also stopped all intake of new customers from all areas of Arizona and other states they were doing business. The website has also scrubbed any mention of their Arizona ROC# 317479. The ownership is currently facing multiple major material supplier lawsuits in Maricopa County starting back in FEB and March 2026 and a Fair Labor Standards Act case for federal labor violations in Federal Court. Besides these cases, this company is facing double digit open cases and 4 disciplined cases on the Arizona Registrar of Contractor's site. This company has completely abandoned jobs and is out of compliance in multiple states (including California, where their LLC bonds were cancelled). They have multiple unanswered complaints, bad reviews, and active alerts about the state of California on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) site--dropping them to a D- rating and rendering them completely not accredited by the BBB. Always check the official state ROC portal to verify a contractor's status before giving them a single dime. Stay far away from Tyler Jack, Jack Capital, and any associated entities who have been conducting business without a QP (Qualifying Party) since last year.

We panicked and our minds went to the worst. I found this company and decided to give them a try based on other reviews. everyone who came out was incredible and so friendly. They made the whole process painless and I actually really enjoyed meeting them, despite the circumstances. Each person was so kind and took care of the house as if it was their own. The thing I see other people upset with and something i didn't know going into this is that this company DOES NOT do the repairs after the remediation. This was no issue to me, and i was able to call around while they did the work and find someone local to come patch up the drywall once they were done. But if you're not prepared for that, i can see how that would be upsetting to someone. Be careful not to assume the work anyone will do and always ask every question that comes into your mind. Brandan came out first to check for plumbing issues and was able to determine that our mold was likely not plumbing, something we needed to rule out. After talking him to him about the situation and how we just bought the house, he offered to check the plumbing of the rest of the house and came back with some really good catches. Nothing major but he was able to explain what he would recommend, and gave us quotes but made it clear there was no pressure. Having someone who knew so much was really wonderful to have out and it made us kick ourselves for not having a plumber come out with the home inspector but now we have a solid plumber we know we can call when/if we need one! Brandan also said that the mold issue was now something that needed to go to their mold guy,Ruben and called him right up. Ruben was able to come out same day and give us a better idea of the situation and a quote for the remediation. The price was fair and he said he would try his best to remove as little as possible while still being safe and thorough. He was so kind as well and very sympathetic to our situation, we immediately felt like we were in good hands. Ruben and Ivan came out to do the remediation work a few days later and they were amazing. They showed up on time, were quick yet also quiet, got the work done in the quoted time AND managed to save me a whole wall and builder shelves. Ruben then said he would adjust the cost of the service to reflect that as well, literally couldn't get any better. Getting an unexpected mold issue means saving any bit of money we could was huge, this also saved us on the drywall repair we had to do later. Ruben took so many pictures and took the time to talk me through what they saw and brought me into the space to show me and made sure i understood. Then when he came back the next day to pick up the fan, he took the time to do the same with my husband who hadn't been there the day before to make sure we both had all our questions answered. Plus the report we got after was so extensive and wonderful. Not everyone will put the effort into writing up a whole report, and just claim the work was done but they had sections for each step and lots of pictures. This review might sound overly positive, someone might be like they must have done something that you can critique but even my husband who can be quite picky with the work other people do, was impressed and had no comments. We were so stressed and i cant tell you what a calm presence and years of knowledge can do for people like us. this really set the bar for me and made me very happy to went with a local company. I had another local plumber come out to fix something a few days before them and did not have a good experience at all and when they called to ask me how the work went i told them i left feeling not the best. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction!
