Not in the house Thank God! BUT once Justin got on my roof and discovered the damage to areas (not even leaking "yet") I was immediately comforted as he had me call my insurance and "he" handled all the talking (with me there) to my insurance company. The next day a insurance adjustor came out and with Justin getting on the roof with him showed him. I was SO impressed as a elderly woman on a fixed income newly purchasing this home (within the year) I didn't expect having to put on a ROOF! I didn't have the funds. Well, long story short within a few weeks everything was covered by my insurance thanks to Justin and his dealing with all details of the requirements. They ordered the metal awning and all roofing materials and I now have a new roof, awning, and shed roof!!!! It looks fabulous!!!! Justin KNOWS what he's doing and how to handle insurance companies!!! He was here during the whole process and when the crew came he was right there watching, supervising, and comforting me whenever I needed. I had a $500.00 deductible and I recommended my elderly neighbor to him and Justin immediately got up on her roof (she also didn't know had hail damage) called her insurance company with her present. Her roof is also replaced now and it took them one day to get it done!!!! I got $250.00 for the referral and working on spreading the word! Justin is the BEST!!! MISSION ROOFING is amazing!!!! They are banned from contracting or operating anywhere in Arizona. Their website has also stopped all intake of new customers from all areas of Arizona and other states they were doing business. The website has also scrubbed any mention of their Arizona ROC# 317479. The ownership is currently facing multiple major material supplier lawsuits in Maricopa County starting back in FEB and March 2026 and a Fair Labor Standards Act case for federal labor violations in Federal Court. Besides these cases, this company is facing double digit open cases and 4 disciplined cases on the Arizona Registrar of Contractor's site. This company has completely abandoned jobs and is out of compliance in multiple states (including California, where their LLC bonds were cancelled). They have multiple unanswered complaints, bad reviews, and active alerts about the state of California on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) site--dropping them to a D- rating and rendering them completely not accredited by the BBB. Always check the official state ROC portal to verify a contractor's status before giving them a single dime. Stay far away from Tyler Jack, Jack Capital, and any associated entities who have been conducting business without a QP (Qualifying Party) since last year.

The team members we worked with deserve individual recognition: Brandan came out first to rule out any active plumbing leaks. Once he confirmed the mold wasn't plumbing-related, he kindly offered to inspect the rest of our new home's plumbing. He caught a few minor issues, explained his recommendations clearly, and provided no-pressure quotes. We are so relieved to finally have a trustworthy plumber on speed dial! He then immediately looped in their mold specialist, Ruben. Ruben arrived the very same day to assess the mold and provide a fair quote. We immediately knew we were in good hands. A few days later, Ruben and Ivan completed the work. They were punctual, efficient, and surprisingly quiet. Because they saved the wall, Ruben actually adjusted our final invoice down to reflect the lower material removal--a massive financial relief for first-time homebuyers. Ruben took extensive photos, walked me through the containment zone to explain their findings, and even returned the next day to walk my husband through the exact same breakdown so we were both fully informed. The final report they provided was incredibly thorough, detailing every single step with photographic evidence. I submitted a request through Yelp, and Global Prevention Services responded and got me scheduled for a consultation immediately. Shortly after this consultation, the Global Prevention Services Project Coordinator, Kimberly, put together several service estimates for me, as we weren't yet sure the direction we wanted to go with the shower tile. Kimberly was patient with us as we picked out materials and went back and forth on what we wanted to do! Due to our mold experience, we ultimately decided we wanted to limit the amount of grout in the shower, in hopes of minimizing the chances of it failing. With that, we started the reconstruction!
