All they want is your money. They don't even try to help you- they do as little as possible. Rear ended 2x in 6 months, out of work over a year and they couldn't even get the person's responsible insurance to pay medical bills or for my lost time from employment. They suck! They even took a fee from money that was supposed to be for medical bills that I'm responsible for. Bottom line- they work for the insurance companies- not the injured party!
