He took my phone calls, even on a weekend and answered all my texts! If he was busy, his wonderful assistant Sue would do everything in her power to help you and/or get the answer you needed! He even personally told me on the phone if I ever had a problem seeing my child to call him and he would take care of it. Well I'll tell you what he took care of, he let my court case get pushed off to another state. Every single thing that was litigated for 4 years was called Nel and void through Oregon State Court. They completely destroyed my entire Parenting Agreement and I have not seen my child in over 4 years now. He also convinced me I needed to sell my house. I had a house worth $80,000 that was in my family for over 55 years. I lost everything. Everything! Nobody in my family is allowed to see my child at all. Her grandparents nobody. Her grandfather just recently passed away and she was completely denied access to his funeral which was going to be paid for by me. And you know the real sad thing is is that when the court case got pushed off to Oregon I could have appealed it in New York state. But you know what Steven grocott said about this. In an attempt to save our parents home from being taken by the state due to health issues - we were lucky enough to have the money to hire Chuck and save our parents estate from the clutches of the State! This lawyer doesn't just know what he is doing - he teaches it! I believe he might be the best in WNY, but the 4 star rating is because with this expertise comes a very high price. However, everything but filing costs are part of the package and when you are talking about saving an estate - the money is being well spent. The staff at this location is excellent and you are treated with dignity and respect while making you feel like part of the family.
