And the walls are thin, I could hear when the next patient arrived (around 3). I heard when they were trying to pronounce my name and discussed my insurance. It's not like they were busy. However, I ended up waiting until 3:40 PM without ever seeing the provider. When I told the front desk that I was leaving and to ring me up, she rushed to the lobby to say she could see me at that moment, but I declined. I get paid by the hour, and I tend not to return to businesses that are disrespectful of client's time. If they can't manage appointments properly, how can I trust their medical diagnosis?

I had a great doctor in Dallas (Dr. Bonnet) and I could not find a satisfactory one after moving to Austin that met my scrupulous checks & desire for excellence. At other offices I was rushed through appointments, kept waiting endlessly due to overbooking, or not questioned well during the appointment or answered thoroughly...or not called back when I had a question or needed something or had to get a refill, etc... You are not only never kept waiting for much time at all, he is amazingly smart in discussions, he is so thorough in questions and answers that you feel you are his only patient... He has state-of-the-art equipment. He is caring, thorough, and beyond impressive. I've already recommended him and immediately gotten the response back that he was an incredible doctor who spends a great deal of time to ensure you are cared for. He will not schedule unecessary procedures or cram patients in as so many doctors do when a monetary business becomes a goal over care...yet, like today when I needed an ultrasound, (which is what made me think to write this), he ensures I immediately get the care needed. I went for years without ever going to a doctor for routine checkups until I had a medical wake up call, that could of been a very bad event. Since then I have had testing and follow up from Dr Geyer on a regular basis and my health has turned around. I wish these things could be said the first time instead of having to call 3 different days to get 3 different answers. The communication is terrible and seems like they don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't have an issue if these things were told in the first call i made. Ive been needing PT and its been beyond a hassle to get a referral after they recommended someone. I had a good experience in my first visit but this just voids that good visit. The front desk didn't know how to do intake, and we waited a long time while in pain. I don't recommend this for urgent care, and if you want any kind of communication with your providers or doctors, run away from the app immediately. They are incapable of customer service via phone, and incapable of building an app that works - don't even bother. Bummer since they're so close - but never again. I'm born and raised right here, now I know to avoid.
