I was on time for my appointment and I did not have to wait long to be seen. My appointment was also pretty efficient. When I filled out my information forms online everything had transferred and they already had my patient portal set up before my appointment. I didn't have to complete paperwork over or resubmit my insurance information. The nurse practitioner made sure to ask questions, and really understand any concerns I had, and she also made it easy for me to get the care I needed. I was pleased with my experience.

I had a great doctor in Dallas (Dr. Bonnet) and I could not find a satisfactory one after moving to Austin that met my scrupulous checks & desire for excellence. At other offices I was rushed through appointments, kept waiting endlessly due to overbooking, or not questioned well during the appointment or answered thoroughly...or not called back when I had a question or needed something or had to get a refill, etc... Dr. Browining is unique & wonderful!! And I thank the above posters who allowed me to finally find him! You are not only never kept waiting for much time at all, he is amazingly smart in discussions, he is so thorough in questions and answers that you feel you are his only patient... He has state-of-the-art equipment. He is caring, thorough, and beyond impressive. I've already recommended him and immediately gotten the response back that he was an incredible doctor who spends a great deal of time to ensure you are cared for. He will not schedule unecessary procedures or cram patients in as so many doctors do when a monetary business becomes a goal over care...yet, like today when I needed an ultrasound, (which is what made me think to write this), he ensures I immediately get the care needed. Care is evident in this office...but that means very little if the physician isn't a brilliant doctor...and I've been beyond impressed in that regard as well. I just figured that she sees alot more sick children that I do on a daily basis, and likely has a much more accurate base line as to what things should cause panic. I've been fortunate enought to have really healthy kids, so I don't see that often. But I am sorry that the other reviewers had a poor experience - it just hasn't been mine.

Called 24 hours later with the name of the Dr. only to be told they're "working" on it but now i was told it was gonna take up to 10 days. The communication is terrible and someone may tell you something one day and someone else is gonna tell you something completely different the next day. I wish these things could be said the first time instead of having to call 3 different days to get 3 different answers. The communication is terrible and seems like they don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't have an issue if these things were told in the first call i made. Ive been needing PT and its been beyond a hassle to get a referral after they recommended someone. I had a good experience in my first visit but this just voids that good visit. If you decide to go with them, make sure to ask every question and find out everything before hand so there's no surprised later.

They are incapable of customer service via phone, and incapable of building an app that works - don't even bother. Bummer since they're so close - but never again.
