Worst dental experience ever for my husband ever! First, they kept insisting we had no insurance…read morefor an extraction. We have very good dental and medical. They INSISTED. We called our insurance, they said you absolutely have coverage, it just needs to go under medical insurance for an extraction (common knowledge for a dental provider). They refused. Tried to up sell him on $1500 bill for an extraction. He opted out of the "additional" services, choosing to go to an oral surgeon for any further treatment. He finally just paid cash. Then to top it off they made an appointment with him for 11.30 today to remove stitches and he arrived only to find them closed for the holiday. He's going to anyone other than these people. Oh and they offered to let him take out their own credit card to charge the $1500. WTH. I will make sure my entire community knows about this terrible experience.

Unfortunately, like most of us fixed-income boomers, they are running it as a business, and VERY skilled at their marketing approach. They subtly upsell ALL of their services and products, and it is very challenging to walk out the door without any out-of-pocket expense. So, on one hand, you have youth and professionalism, on the other hand, you're gonna have to pay for it. The old adage prevails: "ya get what ya pay for".
