We called our insurance, they said you absolutely have coverage, it just needs to go under medical insurance for an extraction (common knowledge for a dental provider). They refused. Tried to up sell him on $1500 bill for an extraction. He opted out of the "additional" services, choosing to go to an oral surgeon for any further treatment. He finally just paid cash. Then to top it off they made an appointment with him for 11.30 today to remove stitches and he arrived only to find them closed for the holiday. He's going to anyone other than these people. Oh and they offered to let him take out their own credit card to charge the $1500. WTH. I will make sure my entire community knows about this terrible experience.

My experience with Dr. Rinaldi, Kristin and all of the staff was quite refreshing. No none chastised me for my hiatus from professional dental care and I was even told for it being that long my chompers were in good shape. I was in for an extraction that I thought would be much worse and therefore kept putting it off. Dr. Rinaldi is very good with that needle we all hate and it was almost painless. I swear it was like NASCAR fast how quick my tooth was out. I'm going to need a bit more work done as I have a couple of cavities and will need a bridge done here soon. Dr. Rinaldi and Kristen have made me feel like taking care of business. Finally, we all know this work isn't cheap, but the prices here are very reasonable.

We're big fans of Dance Dentistry!…read more We're fairly new to the area (as of writing this review), and Dance Dentistry is already our second dentist. We did not have a good experience with our first, so we went and got a second opinion. Dance was recommended to us and we absolutely loved them. The practice is two brothers (the Dance brothers), but they have at least one other dentist on staff. They do an excellent job of working with the kids. From routine cleanings to more extensive work. One of my daughters had to have some pretty extensive work done and they did a great job of working with her. The dentists are great. We also had an emergency situation (chipped tooth), and the response from the dentists was very reassuring and helpful. Can't recommend them enough.
