I didn't know what to expect and I was very impressed about the presentation and the taste. I HIGHLY recommend this spot. I couldn't get enough of the environment, the ocean and palm trees are a perfect way to make this place more amazing! Before we left PR (very sad to say since we have to go back to reality) we decided to go back to Tip Top one last time. Now I've been craving for more of their delicious bowl! On her first trip, I had her pick me up an iced latte and the Tropical Bliss smoothie and wow, both were amazing and made for the perfect breakfast. The second trip, I came along. This spot is so cute and clean. There are a variety of things to purchase in store as well as cute places to sit inside and out. The açaí bowls were a great size, fresh, and filling and the avocado toast was nicely portioned and delicious. I didn't know until I came in that everything was gluten free! Fresh tastes and well made are also great. Easy to see why this spot leaves such a lasting impression. (We came back 2 more times this trip!)

The steak is so tender and juicy and savory and elevate the nachos to something I wouldn't be able to make myself at home. I do wish they put more of the pico de gallo on. I also love the açaí bowl but it is pretty similar to other açaí places in PR as it's more solid like ice cream scoops rather than liquidy like continental US açaí bowls. The service was prompt and friendly and there is seating inside. I do wish the lighting was brighter. Depending on where you are sitting, the A/C is blasting from the wall so you may want to bring a light jacket. Getting a set of nachos and an açaí bowl were perfect to split between 2 people for a well balanced breakfast.
