Yes, parts and labor were high, but I really liked my washer and a new one would have cost hundreds of dollars more. I was given a written estimate and told I would receive a call within a few days when parts were in. Phone call received as promised. Date set, I received a call when he was on his way. Yes, it only took him a short amount of time to replace the bad struts and lid switch with manufacturers parts, because he knows what he's doing. I did receive a small discount for paying cash.
