I have to say, the speed RTC internet is phenomenal!! The best in this area. We have a lot of electronics in our house and the lightning speed, uploads, downloads keep us busy. So busy, the kids forget about their chores and the adults are busy streaming their favorite shows. No dinner gets cooked and projects go unfinished. No worries if there's a storm. My family has had RTCs service since 2007, and they have always been really easy to reach out if anything goes wrong. The one time I remember something going wrong, they tried to fix it using different methods to fix it over the phone. Eventually they had to come out and replace some wiring they found that something chewed. But it's nice to know that they will try any fix before offering fixes that have any potential charges. The customer service is great, and the employees are always great towards us. With most services now being on fiber as well, we always get fast speeds. Overall, the RTC is just a great company, and I plan on having them for as long as I live in Ringgold. read more
