Our AC decided to quit on us during one of the hottest weeks and I reached out to UHAC and several…read moreother companies. UHAC was the only company that reached out within an hour in the evening and promised to have someone out the next day. Person arrived and assessed the issue. We were given a quote for new AC and furnace. We had several other companies come by to give us an estimate as well. The owner of the company John took the time to take our call on a week night. He walked us through why we should choose them and based on all their previous reviews we felt a lot more secure in getting our ac and furnace from them. They are an established and reputable company and as I said earlier the only one to answer quickly so you know that if anything goes wrong they will be the ones that will show up. They do a pre install survey and let you know if there is anything you need to do. They follow all covid protocols. On the day that they came to do install which was literally a week later (other companies were quoting a month down the line), they had everything installed, with minimum disruption. They finished earlier than the expected day and compared to the old unit they did an amazing job with the new pipes and just how they put it all together. They made sure that everything was taken care of showed us the ins and outs at the end. We had some questions following the install and they were amazing with responding to any concerns we had and always answered so quickly and made you feel like you were a priority. Thoroughly enjoyed working with this company, and at the end of the day the whole process was painless and efficient. I can't give it any more praise than I already have but definitely the people to call if you need heating or ac!
