I mean, I've never had anyone come out to the car with me to have a look at the wiper blades and unhook them for me so he could bring them inside and match it to the best one I could afford. This shop is a haven for motor nuts, I was seriously considering getting more things like brake pads etc but stopped short knowing I lack the skills nor tools to carry out such a job. But these guys are ever ready to give you a hand and will answer all your questions. They all appeared friendly and genuinely eager to help customers, and there were a few when I was there. They've got good pricing and can order in items for you from the warehouse or other stores if they are out of it. Did I mention after he replaced the wiper blades with the new ones he went back out and fitted them onto the car? All the while I was checking the availability of an air filter. With that level of service, he and his team have made a repeat customer out of me.

I went up to the counter and was immediately greeted by a cheery staff member who told me my manual was not available but they could order it, if I wanted. While I declined, the service experience was prompt and to the point. I would come back to this store if I needed to.

They're customer service is great - they pay attention to what's wrong / needs doing; they're honest about what they'll do and how long it'll take and they respond promptly to calls and emails. Their work ethic is extremely high and the work they do is excellent. I'm really pleased with the finished job, and the fact that they also fixed up a few other little bits that they spotted needing doing, all for the same price quoted - which is a really good, fair price. After some research I short listed Melbourne Motorcycle Fairings and was quite happy when they were also a preferred repairer of my insurance company. Great communication from the shop throughout the repair process. In the end my bike was only off the road for a week and once everything was done they dropped it off to my place of work late on a Friday afternoon. I'm extremely happy with the work these guys did and can't fault it or their service. Would highly recommend ... and even though I hope I never have to use them again ;) I would do so without any hesitation.

Picked it up 2 days later, they honoured their quote, car was washed and vacuumed (I think) and everything was fine. Nice bunch of people,

He explained that they would be able to have a look at it later in the day & then called me letting me know what the problem was & the cost. I called my mechanic who said the price was spot on.
