It's right in the Roosevelt Collection which has a huge parking lot, and thankfully they validate your parking. It was super quiet and basically empty when I arrived, save for the woman working doing intake. She was very kind and professional and the intake was fast and easy. After I filled out the forms I had a seat and not even two minutes later a nurse took me back to a room to take my vitals. She rinsed out the wound and then left and a minute later the doctor came in. She explained it was good that I came in even though the wound was small because without antibiotics it was likely to get infected. She prescribed me a course of preventative antibiotics and let me know to come back if it got worse. I'm sure I was lucky to get there when it was quiet and not at all busy, but overall my experience was ideal and exactly what I had hoped for. I'll definitely be going back to this location if I need to go to urgent care again in the future.

I found Dr. Nathan through Zoc Doc and was able to get an appointment scheduled for that same week! I was nothing less than impressed with my experience. Right away I could tell how genuine and caring Dr. Nathan is with his patients. He took the time to have conversation, address concerns and throughly examine my injury. His sense of humor and his ability to put you at ease say a lot about him. If you are new to Chicago, looking for a change, or need a Primary care physician, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Nathan!

I was really pleased with how easy it was to set up an appointment on the app. I uploaded my insurance information on the app and presented it again to the receptionist when I arrived for my appointment. I saw the doctor and was pleased with my care. However, I needed a prior authorization for a prescription and everything went downhill. Long story short, I contacted One Medical three times by app (as instructed) to request the PA. The app has read receipts, so the staff saw my request. I never received a response. A week before I was going to be out of my medication, I was finally able to get in contact with a customer service rep at their corporate office. She was very apologetic about the issue and had the office manager reach out to me. The office manager told me they didn't take my insurance and that they would not do the PA. I felt like the office manager was blaming me for the issue. However, my insurance company assigned One Medical to me, said One Medical was a participating office when I called, and had them listed online as in network, so I didn't appreciate the insinuation that I did not do my due diligence. One Medical had multiple opportunities to let me know that they did not accept my insurance, but chose to ghost me until I reached out to corporate. I was left without care and with an empty prescription. It was difficult to find a new provider on such short notice, so I had to go without my medication. Had One Medical paid attention when I booked my appointment, showed my insurance card to the receptionist, or during the 3 times I reached out about my PA, I could have started the search earlier and found a new doctor. One Medical is careless at best and negligent at worst. With so many other options in Chicago, I could not recommend One Medical in good faith.

ASAP is within a five minute walk from Harrison CTA in the South Loop. It's small but everyone is very friendly. Appointments are easy to make. They even have Saturday hours for those work during the week. The wait is not very long compared to other clinics I've visited. Dr. Suesakul is a wonderful doctor. He is very nice, caring and down-to-earth. I've worked with doctors with egos the size of the solar system. There are no issues getting my prescriptions. He's quick to send referrals too! ASAP offers a full range of medical services and treatments. They also use Patient Fusion, which allows me to check my labs, health records and appointments. I'm very satisfied with my care at ASAP. Whether you are Thai or not, Dr. Suesakul is ace.

Clayton went out of his way to answer our questions, provide medical guidance for flu-like symptoms, and even brought us a bottle of water while we waited for the test results. I can't speak to any of the my fellow Yelpers' review but based upon my experience, I'm glad I went and recommend them highly. I first started going to them for Covid tests during the pandemic and then for general medical guidance post-pandemic. The waiting room was clean, well lit, and nicely furnished. My first visit with Dr Lickerman was almost 2 hours. He really takes his time with you and offers the best advice. He is a very knowledgeable MD. I'm glad I found him. I trust him to advocate the best things for me. His staff is also great. Friendly and I always feel welcome there. If you're looking for a new MD, I would highly recommend Dr. Alex Lickerman.

The MSW from the home health agency, my brother, the DME company, and now myself have been trying to get this settled. We collectively have not gotten a call or any results from Ms. Kimble or anyone at the clinic. The customer service representatives have been most helpful but this is unethical, irresponsible, and negligent. My brother is wheelchair bound and if the hospital bed isn't working properly he can't transfer which mean he is at higher risk of falls or even worse he will sleep in his wheelchair which makes him a higher risk for skin break down. Update I want to thank Maria in Patient/Guest experience. She help facilitate a resolution. I have confirmed the DME company has the prescription for the new bed. It is unfortunate that it had to be escalated to her.
