I could literally feel my stress melting away under the lights. Then I jumped into a 30-minute Compression Therapy session at level 4, and it was amazing. It was the perfect balance of firm yet comfortable pressure. I don't know how anyone does level 7. Serious props to those warriors, but level 4 had me floating out of there. Red light therapy is for 20-minutes and you have the option to wear the complimentary eye covers but it's recommending to just soak in the red light during the treatment. ROBBERY, BEWARE. I found Dr. Goldberg on my United Health Care in-network provider list. After I…read morecompleted my first visit I was than told I was out of network and would have to pay out of pocket due to my deductible. As I work in medical billing I knew they were wrong. I reached out to my insurance and confirmed they were in network and told the receptionist which still tried to tell me I was wrong. After the first week and them collecting over 600$ from me. I stopped going and I reached out to my insurance again. Which Dr. Goldberg is in-network with United Health Care. My deductible does not count towards my claims and my insurance would pay out. They cannot finish processing a claim that were processed in network until a document is provided by the doctor which needs my signature. Due to my role at my job I cannot go and sign, so I signed paperwork for the insurance company so now they can just send the form to the insurance company. My insurance reached out to me to let me know that they have reach out to the provider multiple times and have been put on hold and they just hung up on them. What they are doing is illegal and I warn ALL of you to check your insurance claims. They owe me a refund and they know it and want to play hard ball and I am not the one. I can guarantee you all who used insurance have paid more out of pocket than you needed too. I will be escalating this to the fullest extent.
