But that seems to be where they devote most of their energy, funding, and promotion. Sports training class attendance seems to be dwindling and attendance is far below the levels achieved when the sports training program was located at the far superior (but unfortunately closed) Zero Gravity. The facility is cramped, and the sports training areas are STILL under construction more than a year after they absorbed Zero Gravity. The gaudy and cramped front lobby has seen more construction attention than the actual training areas, being stuffed full of fancy lights, TV screens, bikes, and bike related merchandise that no one seems to buy. That tells you a lot about the priorities of this gym. It's fluff. Bunch of junk for sale. Fancy soap in the showers. Aromatic wash rags after you cycle that you can use to wipe your face. But failure to complete the training areas that members are actually paying to use. Sports training classes that are removed from the schedule for lack of interest. And the amazing thing is Logik raised the prices from Zero Gravity levels, expecting members to pay a premium price for cramped, unfinished facilities and poorly promoted sports training programs. There are numerous options in this area that are far superior to and much cheaper than this gym. I would not spend my money here.

The staff greeted us and walked us through what to expect. They also helped us get our bike and weight area set up prior to the class. The class consisted of 20 minutes on the bike, 20 minutes of strength training, and a 20 minutes deep stretching yoga. It was high intensity for the most part and was a great way to get a great sweat sesh in. The studio was well taken care of and I can't say enough good things about how friendly and helpful the entire staff was there. Class passes can get a little expensive, but it would be a great studio to stop in for an amazing workout!

Emily is an amazing trainer and her energy mixed with her attitude, dedication and motivation makes it such a wonderful atmosphere. Not only does she keep you on your toes and make you push harder than you thought you could, she will entertain you. Burn uses body weight exercises and uses dumbells, bands, burn bars, the rig, and other items. I feel it is a mix between crossfit (much safer and not so strenuous on your joints) and a bootcamp class. If your looking for a change and want a gym to fulfill your needs and you like class based gyms this is for you. They offer many sessions to include 5am which is very hard to come by in the area. They also have "Childwatch" that is included with your membership for certain times of the day. Give it a try you will not be disapointed.

Yes, should have noticed the monthly, this account was void of any mo that additions and I just made payments to get it out of Biden interest rates. 11 months of payments, zero payment confirmation emails, zero phone calls, zero times into the gym. Club solution: screw you, you owe us for one more month or we won't let you cancel. I have all of the paper work filled out and dated, receipt of the letter sent. BEWARE! Imagine you visit this Y from out of town. You put your things in an open locker to use…read morethe pool. Pool is closed so you use the steam room instead. After a steam you go to your locker to retrieve your things. The locker has malfunctioned won't open. you're in your swim trunks with no phone, no keys or wallet. The staff tells you there is no way to enter the malfunctioning locker. You're now STRANDED ! If you're lucky enough to have A friend nearby they can drive 45 min to give you clothes and a place to sleep. But what if you're not so lucky? You sleep on the floor of the Y I suppose. The maintenance person won't show up till the morning. When he does have to physically break into the malfunctioned locker, he'll insinuate it's your fault . DOES that sound like a RELAXING time at your local Y? Stay away. BEWARE!!

I almost always come to the Sunday morning class (heated) and have had two different instructors. Both excellent, both challenging. The things I like best is that they offer variations of poses so that you can still enjoy your practice at your own level.
