He required a down payment of $1200. He came in one weekend and repaired electrical and plumbing in 4-5 hours. The next time he came back he told me he was going to complete the bathroom in that day. He stated that it was a quick job. He was doing a skeletal frame, drywall, and insulation. He was also prepping for shower, sink and toilet. He urged me to pay him the remainder of his fee, he insisted he could not wait until next week as he needed to pay his payroll. We used our credit card to pay him, and guess what: he didn't even come close to finishing. He came back the next week and worked on drywall. He left it incomplete. I had to request repeatedly to get him to come back to our home to complete the drywall two weeks later. After he left we noticed he did not tape off most of the seems.
