While waiting in the lobby I can hear them talking rudely to other patients on the phone. Today was the breaking point. I called to let them know I've tested positive for Covid and that I just had surgery a few days prior. The receptionist response was "well of course you did. You were at a hospital. What did you expect?" I was taken back I honestly didn't know how to respond. I do not recommend this doctor's office to anyone. The only good doctor there who seemed to care was Dr Mitchell MacCready who has recently left the practice.

My heart rate fell below 60 and De Pax just directed the NP to take the heart rate again. Thyroid test results simply read Normal. It takes no skill except literacy to read the results. Dr. De Paz was medically negligent. I worry about my body still. He could've easily read those results. It was ATTEMPTED MURDER Run don't walk. Don't let this doctor destroy your health.

We went back to Dr. DePaz hoping he would order other tests to further investigate the situation. My husband had to basically beg Dr. DePaz to do anything about the situation. Dr. DePaz figured since there was nothing on the x-rays, my husband was fine and could go back to work. He can NOT!! Dr. DePaz told my husband if he didn't like the way in which he himself was handling it, he could find someone else to see him. I myself had problems with DePaz several years ago. I'm 58. Start of the visit went well enough she let me know right away that she can handle my meds for me. She was willing to give me a bridge Rx for my pain meds while I found a pain specialist. Well, by the end of the visit she said she wouldn't give me the bridge script because "I don't prescribe narcotics for any reason." WTF, she literally told me that she would help until I found a pain specialist. I have been going to a pain doctor for three years. They can see from my records is that I have been on the same dose this whole time. I haven't been fishing for more. All of my UIs have come back clean. Honestly I am a model patient. Then, they never sent the referral to the pain doctor she personally recommended me to!!! Maybe she is OK if you sprain your ankle but if you have serious health issues and chronic pain like me find someone else. She Will trivialize your pain while patronizing you the whole time. Worst doctor I have had to deal with in a long time. Stay away.
