Essentially insinuating that she is going to take her time in attending to a medical matter. She doesn't seem to understand that she works at a medical facility, and apparently treats a place like she's a bar manager. Based on other's reviews apparently the rude attitude from customer service is common here. I won't be ever going back here again and I suggest you take your money elsewhere as well if you want to be treated like an actual patient.
