DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS BUSINESS. This place is a complete SHAM of a business. The entire office of nurses are incompetent and incapable of doing their jobs. They are nothing but clock punchers that care nothing about the patients or the work they are doing. The revolving door of employees proves that. Jaime is particularly bad at her job. As is Dr. Acharya's nurse, never took the time to learn her name as nothing gets done with her as it is. Their voicemail says they'll return your call within 24 hours and that NEVER HAPPENS. Can't totally blame the nurses for their lack of interest in the patients when the cheap owner (and doctor making TONS of money) doesn't pay them well. Do not go to this business. read more

This is the only clinic I've ever been to where I had to wait several hours to get a prescription. This is even more impressive when you consider the population of the waiting room never went above 8 people. Dr. Riser seemed to ignore much of what I had to say regarding my issues and seemed to latch onto the first few things out of my mouth, remaining dismissive for the rest of the visit. The nurses have typically been pretty incompetent, and even those doing secretarial work can't handle basic insurance issues apparently. If you have other options, I would consider them. read more

Have been a Riser Medical patient for nearly 30 years. Have ALWAYS found them courteous & professional, albeit sometimes harried because of their immense volume...have also found they have a huge volume of return patients who love them...love this practice & strongly recommend them. read more

I have been a patient of Dr James M. Riser for 28 yrs. & have to say he's the most intelligent, caring Doctor I've ever been to & I'm 67 yrs old. His staff & nurses are very friendly & his waiting room is always full so others here in Picayune agree or he wouldn't have the volume of patients he has. Sorry that Ashley M. gave him a bad review because he's a great Doctor!!! read more
