All I know is the parts were on the bike when I dropped it off for service and they weren't when I…read moregot it back. The owner's profanity-laced response? It's my fault for not making sure I had all of my parts. That and some disparaging comments about my brand of motorcycle and an inaccurate statement that nobody there rides that brand. He said the parts were placed in a plastic bag for me, but I failed to get it. Firstly, one of the parts should have been reinstalled. Why wasn't it? And what happened to the bag of parts? Did they discard a customer's parts without trying to let them know they'd left them? That seems to be the owner's best explanation. My recommendation? Take your business elsewhere.

I always noticed a what I thought was tire noise sound when running on the dirt roads over 30 mph. Didn't realize this was not normal the time. After hunting season I took her in to be checked out. Dusty in service had his tech check it out. Dusty called the next day to informed me of the problem. At this point the machine was out of factory warranty. The dealership went to bat for me and had the factory replace the rear differential at no charge to me. A special shout out to all Dusty and all the staff at Panama City Cycles. However the young lady (who looked about 22 yrs old) never addressed me but did my husband who was looking at the t-shirts. I asked her what size of handlebars was on the new Scouts. She said 6 inches. I told her that I rode a Scout Sixty and mine are 8, that they had to be more than 6 inches. She pulled out a measuring tape then said they were 10. At that point I lost faith in her measuring abilities and knowledge of the handlebars and motorcycles. I told her I was interested in purchasing 10" bars. She took us to the service desk where we spoke to the man at the desk. I asked him did they have the 10" in stock. He looked on the computer and said yes. He then told another man to go get it. Needless to say that was our last conversation. They never brought the handlebars out nor did they say a word to us. Of course we walked out after about waiting 20 minutes. Not friendly. Will never return nor will I recommend them.
