The only improvement I could see is shutting this stealership down, or firing and replacing the lot of them, especially the service department. Attention and service were much better when all brands carried were in separate dealerships. Now that they have a monopoly on Japanese bikes sold in this region, the current staff carries their ass on their shoulders. I won't be back.. ever! read more

This place sucks. Sure they'll sell you a boat or a bike, but after that you're pretty much on your own. good luck getting a warranty repair or even an appointment. I'm actually surprised that manufacturers haven't pulled their authorized dealer status. Even if you live in the PCB area, do yourself a favor and drive to Alabama (Dothan or Foley)...or even Jacksonville. You'll be way better off in the long run. read more

Came here in June looking for a sport bike and had cash but due to the shipping crisis they had very little selection which was understandable. Between June and August I went in I think at least 10 times and gave my number to multiple different associates. I would be told they weren't getting anymore sport bikes in for 2022 in august but randomly they would still get some. Since I went in so often I could almost predict when they would get shipments before being posted online. Long story short back in August I was adamant I wanted a green or black zx-6r, zx-10 r1 or even a gsxr. I've seen for the last couple weeks a black and green zx-10r posted on the site and haven't received any calls. read more

I took my motorcycle here to have new tires installed. During the drive home, I noticed one of my front turn signals was broken. I took it back to the service department, but they denied any responsibility and said it was broken when I brought it in. I submitted a poor review on their website, and the owner responded with a blatant lie, saying that I neglected to mention the signal was held on with silicone when I brought it in. Neither the owner or service manager even looked at my bike. Very dishonest company. Beware! read more

I purchased a New 2018 Can am Outlander ATV from Panama City cycles in March 2018. I bought the machine for hunting deer. I always noticed a what I thought was tire noise sound when running on the dirt roads over 30 mph. Didn't realize this was not normal the time. After hunting season I took her in to be checked out. Dusty in service had his tech check it out. Dusty called the next day to informed me of the problem. At this point the machine was out of factory warranty. The dealership went to bat for me and had the factory replace the rear differential at no charge to me. A special shout out to all Dusty and all the staff at Panama City Cycles. Had a bike under warranty and was charged to clear the check engine light! This place is a total joke they could care less about their customers after they make a sale!! Ive taken my bike in twice for service under waranty the first time it took 3months for them to fix an 02 sensor and the last time the charged me even with a warranty card still valid. Ive owned the bike for 9 months, 4 of which have been at pc cycles for service. If theres one piece of advice id give anyone that's interested in buying something from panama city cycles its to go anywhere but here, they smile In the show room and treat u like trash the next time u bring it in for service!! read more

We contacted PCC to have one of our Sea-Doos worked on and we're told to wait two weeks. We brought the ski in on the date requested and were told it would take another three weeks before the ski could be looked at to see what the issue was. After waiting the three weeks we contacted them. We were told they were looking at the ski but didn't know the problem. The end of the fourth week we called again and was told they needed to launch the ski and needed our permission because of a extra charge. We agreed to pay the extra and contacted them again the following week to hear what they had discovered during the launch. Their response was that they didn't have a way to launch it. I lost my patience and I told them the service was horrible. Their response was quote " well why don't you come and get it and we just part ways" Wasted 7 weeks time and a lot of aggravation. Worst customer service I've ever encountered anywhere. Service is not what PCC provides. read more

If I could give a lesser than 1 star rating I would, I bought a boat there 1 year ago, was a 60,000 dollar 242-s series, very nice boat, when purchasing I asked the question if I wanted to trade the boat in in a year or so would it be possible to do without getting scalped, I was assured yes, these boats hold their value, I called today to check about trading in on a center console and was told my boat, with 20 hours on it, was maybe worth 37,000. I called them out on the lies they told me when selling it to me, also told them that they should put it on their sign out front that their boats lose half their value in 1 year. All I wanted was a part. A rectifier for my Yamaha virago. They tried to get me to bring it in refused to answer any questions. Then to top it off they tried to sell me a rectifier for $184.00 that they didn't even have in stock. I walked out, went home, went on the internet, ordered a rectifier from Shanghai and had it in less than a week. Cost? $28.00 with shipping and handling. read more

My wife and I bought 2 Motorcycles from here. We would get service as well. The problem is their service department. We had a warranty issue, that the service desk gave me grief over. It was probably a $2 part. They were willing to lose our business over. I walked out and never went back. It's been 2 years now. Goto Adrenaline Rush instead. They fixed my issue, as well as get all our service since then. Even bought another motorcycle from AR. Tires, oil changes, maintenance, you name it, all that business to Adrenaline Rush. Literally the only motorcycle shop I have ever been to that is the "bar none" best at not giving a shit about the customer and providing the absolute WORST pricing I have ever seen on parts and labor. The worst customer service with the biggest "we know we are the only dealer in town, so you are coming to us anyway" attitude ever. I have built many very well standing relationships with dealerships in the past... This is the only one, that no matter who you talk to acts as though you should be great-full that they are helping you. read more

Took my 2000 Yamaha Waverunner XL 800 in for a check-up. They said it was too old and would not even look at it. They said if it needed parts they would not be able to get any. They are a Yamaha dealer and can't get parts for a 14 year old PWC???How do you know what part is needed if you don't even look at it??? They said they would service the PWC ($200) but not fix anything else. This is not the first time they have given me a hard time in the service dept. I will never buy anything from there again. read more
