A friend brought my attention to this new player in the design game a few months before the…read morepresidential elections last year. Though I was living in Mexico at the time and couldn't exactly get any purchase quickly via regular mail, I couldn't resist purchasing an Obama t-shirt from the company. Not only was it a unique, smart design but the colors that were available for the shirt made it hard to chose which one to buy in the end. Also, Pushcart Design uses American Apparel shirts which are both sweatshop free and of good quality. (I rarely wear t-shirts but find AA's cut unusually flattering). The company also designs posters (check out the amazing Obama ones), business cards, etc. as well as websites. After checking out the business card examples on the site, I cannot wait to call them when I have a need for some smart eye-catching way to promote myself. Oh and one last thing. I should mention that the color I ordered ended up not being available in my size but within minutes the company was in communication with me, suggesting alternative color combinations.
