I visited with my girlfriend after a long day of walking and sightseeing. We were warmly greeted by friendly staff and seated on the outside terrace. The restaurant is built on an archeological site, and the brick walls from 2nd-3rd BC surround the outdoor seating area. It felt like we were in a movie. This place is exactly what to think of for an authentic Sicilian restaurant. Not all Italian restaurants are super friendly unless you are a native Italian speaker, but they treat you like family and friends here. We ordered the tuna tartare, which may be the best I have ever had! We did not get a bottle of wine, but the wine list was excellent. She got the mushroom pasta, and I got the shrimp pasta.
