My misgivings come from the fact that I can cheaply and easily make this at home (skin the salmon, drizzle oil and salt, pop it into the oven) but I decided to go for the €18,90 salmon. I did ask for a cream sauce additionally to jazz it up a bit and justify the price with the product, and boy, am I glad I did. The blanched vegetables were pretty blah (potato fingerlings, zucchini, bell peppers) but the salmon was perfectly cooked, and the creamy sauce complemented the salmon nicely. My dining partner had the pumpkin risotto with baby calamari. I tried some and it was creamy, smooth, and flavorful. My salmon was better though :) Good service, nice ambience, excellent food, high prices. You pay for what you get here.

They also have very good appetizers, salads and a few other dishes, most of those changing often. The coffee is great (Saquella beans through a La Cimbali machine and the staff is competent enough). Sophia, the owner, is there most nights, so if you need an explanation for the name (there is one), ask her. She speaks great English, too. Some minor annoyances: they don't take any credit cards and you have to sit far in to avoid the cigarette smoke of the outdoor guests. Still, this is an easy four stars.

It wasn't busy, which was good for us. We picked a nice table outside and ordered two pizzas; Salami and Spinach. We took the leftover home for their mom & dad. The server was so nice and accommodating with the girls. When I came back with the whole family for dinner last October we had 4 adults and 3 young grandchildren. Once again, they were very accommodating with such a big group. The food was very good italian. When we visit again, I would go back.
